Global Administrators Inc. is seeking a proactive Data Analyst (EDI) to join our Information & Communication Technology team in Ortigas, Metro Manila. You will be the primary steward of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) data, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and usability across business units. This role blends data analysis, data quality, and process improvement to drive smarter decisions and reliable partner communications. As a Data Analyst (EDI), you will partner with Operations, Finance, and IT to map EDI data flows, validate transactions, and resolve data issues. You will design dashboards and reports to monitor EDI performance metrics, reconciliation results, and exception rates, enabling proactive issue resolution. You will own data dictionaries, data definitions, and governance practices to maintain data integrity across ERP and external partners. You will also contribute to automation and optimization projects, turning manual analyses into scalable data pipelines.

Responsibility
- Analyze and interpret EDI transactions, identify trends, data quality issues, and inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance, IT) to map EDI data flows and ensure data accuracy.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports (SQL, Excel, Power BI) to monitor KPIs and operational performance.
- Perform data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation to ensure timely, accurate data for ERP and partner systems.
- Translate business requirements into data deliverables; create and maintain data dictionaries and documentation.
- Support data governance efforts by enforcing data standards, lineage, and change control for EDI datasets.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives, automating recurring analyses and creating scalable data pipelines.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
- Proven experience in data analysis, preferably with EDI or supply chain data.
- Strong SQL skills; experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and Excel.
- Knowledge of data cleansing, data quality metrics, and data governance practices.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and EDI transaction sets (e.g., X12, EDIFACT) is a plus.
- Ability to translate business requirements into actionable data insights; strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
