Responsibility
- Collaborate with healthcare program teams and senior stakeholders to translate policy objectives into measurable analytics requirements.
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports that track program performance across government healthcare initiatives using SQL and BI tools.
- Conduct data quality assessments, implement data governance practices, and ensure data privacy and security compliance.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform strategic planning and resource allocation.
- Translate analytic findings into clear, compelling presentations and executive briefs for governance committees and decision makers.
- Build scalable analytics processes, automate recurring reporting, and optimize data pipelines for efficiency.
- Provide data driven recommendations to support policy decisions, budgeting, and program design.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in statistics, data science, health informatics or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
- 2-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in healthcare, government, or public sector environments.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau; excellent data visualization and storytelling skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare data standards, data governance, privacy and security considerations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non technical audiences.
- Proven ability to work cross functionally with diverse stakeholders and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with data quality frameworks and data lifecycle management.
