Responsibility
- Assist in collecting, cleaning, and validating data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that translate complex data into actionable insights for business teams.
- Support data modeling, analysis, and experimentation to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Participate in data governance, privacy, and quality initiatives to uphold data standards across the organization.
- Prepare succinct presentations and data storytelling materials to communicate findings to non-technical audiences.
- Monitor key metrics, track performance, and support data-informed decision making across departments.
- Engage in structured learning sessions and rotational projects to broaden exposure across analytics disciplines.
Qualification
- Recent graduate with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for turning data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python; experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Experience with data wrangling, cleaning, and basic statistical analysis.
- Familiarity with data governance, data privacy, and data quality concepts.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills; ability to explain complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
