As a Senior Data Scientist, you will own end-to-end data science projects, collaborate with product and engineering teams, and translate complex data into actionable business insights that drive growth and efficiency.

Responsibility

  • Design, implement, and deploy machine learning models to solve real-world business problems
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define analytics requirements and success metrics
  • Perform exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and model evaluation to drive robust solutions
  • Operationalize models with versioning, monitoring, and A/B testing
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders using clear visuals and storytelling
  • Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to a data-driven culture
  • Stay current with ML research and industry best practices to continuously improve models and processes
  • Ensure data governance, reproducibility, and ethical considerations in all analyses

Qualification

  • MS or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years of hands-on data science experience with a strong track record of deploying ML models
  • Proficiency in Python (NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn) and SQL; experience with Spark a plus
  • Experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
  • Strong data visualization and storytelling skills using tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Experience deploying models to production and basic MLOps concepts; familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Strong statistical knowledge and problem-solving mindset; experience with causal inference is a plus
