We are looking for a practical and collaborative Data Scientist who can translate complex data into actionable insights and deliver impact at scale.
As a member of our cross-functional team, you will own end-to-end modeling projects, contribute to data infrastructure, and mentor junior peers to elevate our data culture.
Responsibility
- Develop and productionize predictive models and machine learning pipelines that drive business outcomes.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and design to define metrics, extract features, and integrate insights into product features.
- Perform exploratory data analysis, quantify opportunities, and design experiments to validate hypotheses.
- Own model evaluation, monitoring, and lifecycle management to ensure reliability in production.
- Mentor and train junior data scientists, share best practices, and contribute to a data-driven culture.
- Design clear data visualizations and dashboards; communicate results to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and reproducibility across projects.
Qualification
- Master's or PhD in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on data science experience with a strong portfolio of ML projects.
- Proficiency in Python or R and strong SQL skills.
- Experience with ML libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) and model deployment concepts.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) and modern data pipelines (ETL/ELT).
- Strong communication skills and ability to tell compelling stories with data.
- Familiarity with MLOps, monitoring, and model governance best practices.
