Responsibility
- Execute comprehensive manual testing and data validation processes on business-critical systems and applications.
- Develop and maintain detailed test cases, plans, and documentation to ensure optimal test coverage and accuracy.
- Identify, document, and track defects, collaborating with development and business teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Validate data integrity across multiple data sources, ensuring quality and compliance with project requirements.
- Perform regression, functional, integration, and system testing as needed for various project phases.
- Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback to enhance the effectiveness of testing processes.
- Continuously optimize testing processes and contribute to process improvement initiatives within the QA team.
- Communicate test progress, results, and issues proactively to stakeholders and project managers.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 2+ years of professional experience in manual software testing or data validation roles.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and defect management.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, data analysis, and validation techniques.
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum or similar collaborative environments is advantageous.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Self-driven, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
