As a Delivery Driver you will be responsible for transporting goods efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service. You will work closely with dispatch and warehouse teams to ensure orders are picked, loaded, delivered, and documented accurately.
What you will do
- Safely operate company delivery vehicles to transport goods to customers and branch locations.
- Plan efficient routes using GPS and delivery software to meet scheduled delivery windows.
- Verify deliveries, obtain signatures, and maintain accurate delivery paperwork and logs.
- Inspect vehicles before and after trips; report any mechanical issues and ensure vehicle cleanliness and safety.
- Follow safety protocols, company policies, and traffic regulations to ensure a professional and compliant delivery service.
- Provide courteous customer service, address inquiries, and handle cash or receipts where applicable.
- Coordinate with dispatch and warehouse teams to confirm order accuracy, loading, and unloading procedures.
Qualifications
- Valid SIM B1 or higher driving license.
- Minimum 1 year of delivery or logistics experience.
- Strong navigation skills and the ability to read maps and use GPS applications.
- Knowledge of basic vehicle inspection and routine maintenance.
- Excellent time management, reliability, and a proactive work attitude.
- Good communication and customer service skills; ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing routes.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
