Join Orsted Services Malaysia Sdn Bhd as a Delivery Manager in our software product delivery practice. You will lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic software products that power our digital platforms, customer experiences, and internal operations. You will partner with product management, engineering, architecture, and operations to ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality releases that align with business goals and sustainability initiatives.
In this role, you will own the product delivery lifecycle, drive agile rituals, and optimize the delivery flow across cross-functional teams. You will manage scope, timelines, budgets, and risk, while maintaining transparent communication with stakeholders at all levels. You will champion DevOps practices, continuous integration and delivery, test automation, and quality engineering to ensure reliable software that scales as we grow. You will also collaborate with global technology peers, adopt modern architectural patterns, and apply data-driven decision making to improve product outcomes.

Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end delivery of software products from discovery to production, coordinating across product, engineering, design, QA, and operations.
- Define program scope, milestones, budgets, and risk plans; track progress with dashboards and metrics.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives) and optimize delivery throughput.
- Partner with product management to refine backlogs, clarify requirements, and align product roadmaps with business goals.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate status, options, and trade-offs to executives and customers.
- Drive engineering excellence through CI/CD, automated testing, security best practices, and performance monitoring.
- Mentor, coach, and grow cross-functional delivery teams; oversee resource planning and vendor management as needed.
- Ensure compliance with governance, security, and regulatory requirements applicable to software delivery in the energy sector.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 6 years of software delivery, product/project management, or equivalent leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and Agile transformation.
- Experience with vendor management, contracting, budgeting, and financial tracking.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive data-driven decisions with risk management capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with software development lifecycle, DevOps practices, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or similar).
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or similar are a plus.
