HopeBridge Foundation is seeking a mission-driven Development Director to lead fundraising initiatives in a fast-paced nonprofit environment. This role focuses on donor acquisition, retention, and growth to support programs that empower communities. The ideal candidate combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, building strong relationships with individuals, foundations, and corporate partners.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy to meet annual revenue targets.
- Cultivate and steward relationships with individual donors, foundations, and corporate partners.
- Oversee annual giving, major gifts, grants, events, and campaigns to maximize donor engagement.
- Manage grant writing, proposals, reporting, and compliance; track outcomes using our CRM.
- Lead and develop a small development team, providing coaching and performance feedback.
- Collaborate with program staff to translate impact into compelling donor communications.
- Monitor budgets, pipelines, and metrics; produce regular reports for senior leadership.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, fundraising, communications, or related field.
- 5+ years of fundraising experience with a proven track record of securing gifts from individuals, foundations, and corporations.
- Demonstrated success in grant writing, proposal development, and timely reporting.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; ability to present to diverse audiences.
- Strong budget management and data-driven decision making; proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and fundraising analytics.
- Commitment to social impact and knowledge of the nonprofit sector; high ethical standards and integrity.
