Responsibility
- Coordinate volunteer schedules and logistics for events and programs
- Recruit, screen, and onboard volunteers in collaboration with program leads
- Support outreach efforts to community partners and schools
- Assist in developing volunteer training materials and onboarding guides
- Track volunteer hours and maintain accurate records
- Support event planning, registration, and on-site coordination
- Contribute to impact reporting and program improvements
- Communicate program updates to volunteers and stakeholders
Qualification
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in nonprofit management, marketing, communications, or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for community service and volunteerism
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency with basic computer tools (MS Office, Google Workspace)
- Ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams
- Reliable, proactive, and respectful demeanor
- Comfort with public speaking and outreach activities is a plus
