BrightPath Foundation is a premier nonprofit dedicated to advancing education and community resilience. We seek a dynamic Development Manager to steer our fundraising initiatives and expand our impact.
In this role you will design and execute strategies to grow donor relations, secure grants, and lead engagement campaigns that deepen support from individuals, foundations, and corporate partners.

Responsibility
- Develop and implement the annual fundraising strategy to achieve revenue targets.
- Cultivate and steward relationships with individual donors, foundations, and corporate partners.
- Research, write, and submit grant proposals; manage funder reporting and compliance.
- Plan and execute fundraising events, campaigns, and digital engagement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate donor records in the CRM and generate insightful fundraising analytics.
- Collaborate with programs and finance to align funding with program outcomes and budget needs.
- Oversee donor recognition, stewardship activities, and volunteer engagement.
- Stay informed of nonprofit regulations and ethical fundraising practices.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, marketing, communications, or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of fundraising or development experience in a nonprofit setting
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding fundraising targets
- Excellent written and verbal communication and grant writing skills
- Experience with donor CRM systems and data analysis
- Strong project management, event planning, and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships with diverse stakeholders
