We are seeking a skilled Development Manager to lead our fundraising strategy, build partnerships, and strengthen donor engagement to advance our mission.

Responsibility
- Design and execute annual fundraising campaigns, appeals, and donor stewardship programs to meet revenue goals.
- Manage a diverse donor portfolio, cultivate relationships, and upgrade giving levels.
- Research, write, and submit grant proposals; track reporting requirements and outcomes.
- Develop and monitor the annual fundraising plan and budget in collaboration with leadership.
- Coordinate with marketing and programs to create compelling donor communications and impact stories.
- Maintain accurate donor records in the CRM; generate reports for leadership and board meetings.
- Identify and cultivate corporate, foundation, and community partnerships to expand funding opportunities.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, public administration, marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years of fundraising experience, preferably in the nonprofit sector; proven track record of securing grants and gifts.
- Strong grant-writing skills with demonstrated ability to win funding from foundations and government sources.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Bloomerang) and data-driven fundraising.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication; strong storytelling and presentation abilities.
- Project management and budget oversight experience; ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for social impact.
