In this role, you will lead our fundraising strategy, expand donor engagement, and ensure transparent stewardship with funders. You will work closely with program staff to align fundraising with our mission and growth objectives.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute the annual fundraising plan to meet revenue targets and program goals.
- Lead donor relations, including major gifts, annual giving, and donor stewardship programs.
- Research, write, and manage grant proposals and reports to foundations and corporations.
- Plan and oversee fundraising events and digital campaigns to expand community support.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications to craft compelling donor storytelling and impact reporting.
- Maintain accurate fundraising data in the CRM, generate regular analytics, and forecast revenues.
- Supervise a small development team or volunteers and coordinate cross-functional collaboration.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, communications, public policy, or a related field.
- 3+ years of nonprofit fundraising or development experience with a track record of securing gifts from individuals, foundations, and corporations.
- Grant writing experience and ability to manage reporting requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with donor CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Bloomerang) and data analytics.
- Strong project management, organizational, and time-management abilities.
