Job description

Northwest Community Aid is seeking a mission‑driven Development Manager to lead fundraising initiatives and donor relations for our Seattle programs.   • Plan and execute compelling fundraising events and virtual campaigns that engage volunteers and donors.

  • Oversee budget forecasting, pipeline management, and performance metrics for fundraising initiatives.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, marketing, communications, or related field; master’s preferred.
  • 3+ years of nonprofit fundraising, grant writing, or development experience; proven track record of securing gifts.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to tell compelling stories with data.
  • Experience with donor CRM systems (eg, Salesforce Nonprofit) and data‑driven decision making.
