Northwest Impact Foundation, a mission driven nonprofit dedicated to expanding access to education across the Pacific Northwest, is seeking a Development Operations Manager. This role will bridge fundraising strategy and operations to maximize donor engagement and program impact. You will partner with program leaders, finance, and communications to ensure fundraising success and data integrity.
As a key member of our development team, you will drive processes, steward donor relationships, and optimize systems to scale our impact.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute donor retention strategies and fundraising pipelines to increase annual giving
- Manage gift processing data integrity and reporting in the CRM
- Lead annual fundraising campaigns and special events from planning to execution
- Collaborate with program staff to align fundraising with impact metrics and outcomes
- Coordinate grant writing, reporting, and foundation relations
- Build and manage relationships with major donors, corporate partners, and community foundations
- Analyze fundraising data to inform strategy, budgeting, and forecasting
- Implement process improvements to streamline workflows and improve donor experience
Qualification
- Bachelor degree in nonprofit management, marketing, business, or related field
- 4+ years in fundraising operations or development in a nonprofit setting
- Proven success in donor relations and major gifts
- Experience with Salesforce Nonprofit or similar CRM and fundraising software
- Strong written and verbal communication, grant writing, and storytelling skills
- Excellent project management and event planning abilities
- Analytical thinker with data interpretation and reporting skills
