Hope & Partners Foundation is a mission-driven nonprofit dedicated to advancing community health and education. We are seeking a collaborative Development & Outreach Manager to lead our fundraising and stakeholder engagement efforts. This role blends strategy, storytelling, and relationship-building to grow sustainable revenue streams and broaden impact.
In this position, you will collaborate with program staff, volunteers, and donors to design compelling campaigns, manage donor communications, and ensure the timely delivery of grants and reports. You will be based in Boston, MA, and play a key role in our local and national fundraising initiatives.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute annual fundraising plan to meet revenue targets and program goals.
- Manage donor acquisition, retention, and engagement programs across channels (mail, digital, events).
- Lead grant research, proposal writing, and reporting to foundations and government funders.
- Oversee donor database (CRM) data integrity, segmentation, and analytics.
- Plan and manage fundraising events, campaigns, and community partnerships.
- Collaborate with marketing and program teams to create compelling stories and impact reports.
- Supervise volunteer fundraising committees and provide coaching to frontline fundraisers.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, communications, or related field; 3+ years of fundraising experience.
- Proven track record in securing donations, grants, and sponsorships.
- Strong written and verbal communication; ability to craft persuasive grant proposals and donor appeals.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and fundraising analytics.
- Excellent project management skills; ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced nonprofit environment and travel for events as needed.
