Join Private Advertiser as a Dietitian in Klang/Port Klang and help people transform their health through evidence-based nutrition. You will educate clients on portion control, meal planning, label reading, grocery shopping strategies, and behavior change techniques, while monitoring progress, maintaining accurate documentation, and adjusting plans as needed. Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and develop individualized nutrition plans based on medical history, lab results, and client goals.
- Provide evidence-based medical nutrition therapy for conditions such as diabetes, obesity, hypertension, and cardiometabolic risk.
- Monitor client progress through regular follow-ups, document outcomes, and adjust plans to optimize results.
- Educate clients on healthy eating, portion control, label reading, meal planning, and behavior change strategies.
- Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other health professionals to coordinate care and referrals.
- Maintain accurate, confidential client records in the clinic’s electronic health system and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field; professional registration or eligibility to register with the relevant Malaysian authority.
- Strong communication and counseling skills in English and Malay; ability to translate nutrition science into practical guidance.
- Experience in clinical nutrition or hospital/community settings is preferred but not mandatory for highly motivated candidates.
- Proficiency with nutrition software and electronic health records; data-driven approach to care.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team; compassionate, patient-centered mindset.
