Responsibility
- Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them efficiently into the POS system.
- Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation and order accuracy.
- Provide professional, attentive, and friendly service throughout the guest experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of dining areas, tables, and service stations.
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a courteous manner.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down the dining area before and after service.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualification
- Senior High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in food service or customer service is an advantage but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy setting.
- Outgoing, energetic, and a positive team player.
