Responsibility
- Conduct initial patient assessments and assist in creating individualized treatment plans under supervision.
- Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions for a range of conditions including musculoskeletal, post-operative, and sport-related injuries.
- Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans, and document outcomes accurately in medical records.
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and strategies for injury prevention.
- Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and support staff to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.
- Maintain a clean, safe clinical environment and adhere to infection control protocols.
- Participate in ongoing learning opportunities and clinical rounds to enhance skills.
Qualification
- Diploma in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; enthusiasm to learn and grow in a private practice setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to explain treatment plans clearly to patients.
- Basic knowledge of rehabilitation techniques, modalities, and evidence-based practice.
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow supervision to develop clinical independence.
- Proficiency in documentation and computer literacy for electronic medical records.
- Fluency in English; Malay language skills are a plus.
