Responsibility
- Perform initial patient assessments and document findings to support treatment planning.
- Assist in developing and implementing individualized rehabilitation plans based on assessment results.
- Deliver supervised manual therapy techniques and modalities appropriate for entry level practice.
- Monitor patient progress, adjust exercises, and maintain accurate treatment records.
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and self management strategies.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-equipped clinical environment and assist with clinic operations as needed.
- Collaborate with physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
Qualification
- Diploma in Physiotherapy or equivalent recognized by the Malaysian authorities.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; eagerness to learn and grow in clinical practice.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English; compassionate and patient-centered.
- Basic knowledge of musculoskeletal assessment and rehabilitation principles; ability to follow supervision.
