Beacon Hope Foundation is a mission-driven nonprofit dedicated to empowering underserved communities through education, opportunity, and advocacy. We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Development to lead our fundraising program and broaden our impact.

In this leadership role, you will develop and execute a comprehensive development plan, oversee annual giving, major gifts, grants, and corporate partnerships, and steward a diverse donor network. The ideal candidate is a data-driven communicator with a proven track record of exceeding fundraising goals in a nonprofit setting, exceptional writing and relationship-building skills, and a passion for social change.
