Responsibility
- Lead the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting cycles to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop robust financial models, scenario analyses, and KPI dashboards to monitor performance.
- Drive cash flow optimization, working capital management, and capital allocation decisions.
- Partner with C-suite and business leaders to evaluate investments, pricing strategies, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Ensure GAAP compliance, internal control design, and audit readiness across entities.
- Oversee month-end close, financial systems, and data integrity within ERP and analytics tools.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing FP&A team, fostering a data-driven and collaborative culture.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, controllership, or financial management roles.
- Advanced financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis skills.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, risk management, and audit processes.
- Proven leadership ability with experience managing and developing teams.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and data analytics tools (SQL, Power BI/Tableau).
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to partner with diverse stakeholders.
