Join Cypress Valley Health Network as a strategic leader responsible for hospital wide operations, financial stewardship, and patient care excellence. This executive level role shapes the direction of operational performance, regulatory compliance, and staff engagement across the campus. You will partner with medical leadership and the executive team to deliver high quality care while optimizing efficiency and patient experience.
You will lead a collaborative administrative team and drive cross functional initiatives that improve outcomes, reduce waste, and support a culture of continuous improvement.
Responsibility
- Provide strategic direction for hospital operations, including clinical support services, facilities, IT, and ancillary functions.
- Oversee financial operations such as budgeting, forecasting, revenue cycle management, and cost containment.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements (CMS, Joint Commission, HIPAA).
- Lead performance improvement initiatives using data analytics to improve quality, safety, and patient satisfaction.
- Manage human resources including workforce planning, staffing models, and leadership development.
- Partner with clinical leaders to optimize patient flow, capacity planning, and supply chain reliability.
- Oversee EMR/EHR systems, IT projects, and data governance to support informed decision making.
- Represent the organization in community and payer relations to support strategic growth.
Qualification
- Master's degree in health administration, business, or related field; Master of Healthcare Administration preferred.
- Minimum 8-10 years of progressive leadership experience in hospital or healthcare system administration.
- Strong knowledge of CMS, Joint Commission, HIPAA, and healthcare regulations.
- Proven expertise in budgeting, financial analysis, and revenue cycle management.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and change management skills.
- Experience with EMR/EHR systems and data analytics; ability to translate data into action.
- Collaborative, patient centered, and capable of leading during complex operational challenges.
- Willingness to travel occasionally and engage with multi campus initiatives.
