Responsibility
- Oversee daily hospital operations to ensure safe, efficient, patient-centered care across departments.
- Lead financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, revenue cycle optimization, and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, CMS, OSHA, and state healthcare regulations.
- Improve patient flow, bed management, discharge planning, and capacity optimization.
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives in collaboration with clinical and administrative leadership.
- Manage performance of department heads through coaching, performance metrics, and professional development.
- Drive quality improvement, patient safety, and risk management programs across the facility.
- Foster a culture of service excellence, patient satisfaction, and staff engagement.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of hospital administration or healthcare operations leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory standards (Joint Commission, CMS, HIPAA) and accreditation processes.
- Proven financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting, reimbursement strategies, and cost optimization.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and change-management skills.
- Data-driven decision-making with proficiency in healthcare analytics and reporting tools.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and diverse administrative teams to achieve results.
