Antarmitra Sembada is seeking a reliable Dispatcher / Courier / Driver to join our Bekasi logistics team. In this full-time role, you will be the frontline of our on-time delivery service, responsible for transporting goods from our facility to customers' locations. During a 3-month probation period, successful candidates will be offered permanent employment.
As a Driver and Dispatcher, you will manage daily delivery routes, communicate with the dispatch team, and ensure shipments are delivered securely and on schedule. You will represent the company with professionalism, uphold safety standards, and provide excellent service to customers. This role offers growth opportunities within our logistics and supply chain operations.
What you’ll do
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver orders to customers on time and in good condition
- Plan efficient delivery routes, optimize travel times, and adapt to traffic or weather conditions
- Verify orders, pick up and drop off packages, collect recipient signatures, and ensure proper documentation
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, report maintenance needs, and keep vehicle clean
- Update delivery status in the dispatch system, and communicate delays or changes to customers
- Maintain accurate records of delivery receipts, mileage, and fuel usage
- Provide courteous and professional service; resolve customer concerns while following company policies
- Collaborate with warehouse and dispatch teams to coordinate shipments and inventory
Who you are
- Minimum 1 year of experience in delivery, courier, or logistics operations
- Valid SIM A (driver's license) with a clean driving record
- Familiarity with Bekasi and surrounding areas; ability to navigate using GPS and maps
- Strong time management and organizational skills; able to meet delivery windows
- Physical ability to lift and carry packages up to 25 kg
- Excellent customer service and professional communication skills
- Basic computer and mobile app literacy for delivery apps and reporting
- High school diploma or equivalent; willingness to learn and adapt
