Antarmitra Sembada is seeking a reliable Dispatcher, Courier, and Driver to join our growing logistics team in Tangerang. This full-time position starts with a 3-month probation period, after which exceptional performers are invited to become permanent employees. As part of our operations, you will manage daily delivery tasks from order pickup to final handoff, plan efficient routes, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining the security of goods. You’ll coordinate with the dispatch team, communicate clearly with customers, and uphold all safety and regulatory standards. Responsibility
- Safely load, transport, and deliver packages to customers within agreed time windows.
- Plan efficient routes to optimize delivery times and fuel consumption.
- Verify documents, obtain signatures, and record proof of delivery for each shipment.
- Inspect vehicles, monitor maintenance needs, and report issues promptly.
- Assist with loading/unloading and securely handling cargo to prevent damage.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and update the tracking system daily.
- Communicate proactively with dispatch and customers to manage expectations and resolve issues.
- Adhere to traffic laws, safety policies, and company SOPs at all times.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Indonesian driving license (SIM A or SIM C).
- Proven experience in delivery, courier, or similar roles is preferred.
- Excellent time management, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong customer service and communication abilities.
- Knowledge of Tangerang routes and local road networks is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 25 kg and perform manual handling as needed.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
