We at Bamboo Pure are seeking a skilled Drafter to join our design team in Badung, Bali. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in collaborative environments and enjoys transforming concepts into precise architectural drawings. You will work closely with architects and designers to advance projects from concept (schematic design) through design development to detailed working drawings.
As a Drafter, you will develop and maintain construction documents using CAD and BIM tools, ensure compliance with local codes and standards, and support coordination with consultants, contractors, and suppliers. - Collaborate with architects and designers to develop design concepts from schematic design through design development and construction drawings.
- Produce accurate 2D drawings and 3D representations using CAD (AutoCAD) and BIM (Revit) software.
- Prepare and maintain construction documents, including plans, sections, elevations, details, and schedules.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, standards, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and vendors to resolve design issues and confirm constructability.
- Revise drawings in response to design changes and client feedback, maintaining version control and documentation trails.
- Support site visits and field surveys to verify as-built conditions and inform design decisions.
- Assist in developing material specifications, assemblies, and production drawings for fabrication and construction.

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
- 2+ years of proven experience as a Drafter or CAD Technician with a portfolio of drafting work.
- Proficiency in CAD (AutoCAD) and BIM software (Revit, SketchUp); strong 3D visualization skills.
- Solid understanding of architectural detailing, graphic standards, and construction documentation.
- Knowledge of Indonesian building codes, regulations, and standard construction processes.
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and time management; ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to work effectively in a team.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
