Job description
This role at Golden Sands Construction & Engineering Pte. Ltd. plays a critical part in integrating Structural, Architectural, and M&E services into coordinated Combined Services Drawings (CSD). As a Drafter, you will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed technical drawings for construction projects.
Responsibility
- Create detailed technical drawings based on specifications
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure drawings meet requirements
- Review and modify designs to ensure accuracy
- Ensure drawings comply with industry standards and regulations
- Maintain drawing files and documentation
Qualification
- Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in construction industry is a plus
