Responsibility
- Safely operate the company vehicle to deliver bakery products along designated routes within Banda Aceh and nearby areas.
- Plan efficient delivery routes to ensure on-time arrivals and optimize fuel usage.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle condition; report any issues promptly.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections, perform basic safety checks, and schedule maintenance as needed.
- Ensure compliance with traffic laws, safety policies, and company standards; maintain a professional appearance and conduct.
- Provide courteous, responsive customer service; obtain signatures, verify deliveries, and communicate status to the team.
- Collaborate with sales and warehouse teams to coordinate inventory and timely restocking.
Qualification
- Minimum 1 year of driving experience; valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Excellent knowledge of Banda Aceh route network; ability to read maps and use GPS navigation.
- Physically fit and able to lift moderate weights; good stamina for daily routes and varying weather conditions.
- Honest, disciplined, and reliable with strong time-management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; customer-service oriented.
- High school diploma or equivalent; willingness to learn and adapt to company procedures.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends when required.
