DX Expert | Hybrid

Lexmark International is seeking a results-driven DX Expert to accelerate digital transformation across engineering, product, digital services, and customer experience. In this hybrid role based in Cebu City, you will partner with business leaders to connect data, devices, and people, enabling smarter decision-making and faster, more reliable outcomes. You will lead end-to-end DX initiatives, shape strategy, and implement modern technology platforms that drive efficiency, innovation, and measurable value.

Key focus areas include aligning cross-functional teams around a unified DX roadmap, designing scalable data architectures, leveraging IoT, cloud services, analytics, and automation to optimize operations and product experiences, and ensuring security and governance across digital programs. You will translate business needs into concrete digital solutions, define success metrics, and manage budgets, timelines, and risk. By collaborating with engineering, product, customer support, and field teams, you will deliver capabilities that reduce time-to-market and boost customer satisfaction.

What you will do:

• Lead and manage digital transformation programs across engineering, product, and services to deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define the DX roadmap, KPIs, and value streams across the organization.
• Design and implement scalable data architectures, data integration, analytics, and governance to enable data-driven decision making.
• Drive modernization across devices and services using cloud, AI, automation, and IoT where applicable.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to embed DX practices throughout the development lifecycle.
• Ensure information security, regulatory compliance, and risk management in all digital initiatives.
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and project timelines to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Champion a customer-centric culture by turning feedback into features that enhance experience and loyalty.

Qualifications and skills we value:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or MS preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in digital transformation, IT strategy, or related roles; project management experience is a plus.
• Strong data analytics, BI, and data governance capabilities.
• Experience with cloud platforms, IoT, AI/ML, and automation technologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, with ability to influence at all levels.
