Job description
The Early Intervention Teacher at Thye Hua Kwan Moral Charities Limited plays a key role in providing support and guidance to children in developing essential motor, communication, social, self-help, and cognitive skills through the Early Intervention for Children (EIC) Services.
Responsibility
- Plan and implement individualized learning programs for children
- Assess children's developmental progress and provide feedback to parents
- Collaborate with therapists and educators to optimize children's learning outcomes
- Organize and facilitate engaging activities to promote skill development
- Manage classroom dynamics and ensure a safe and nurturing environment
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Valid teaching certification
- Experience working with children with special needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for making a positive impact on children's lives
