Responsibility

  • Maintain and troubleshoot electrical distribution systems and control panels on production lines.
  • Program, commission, and optimize PLC/automation systems to improve manufacturing processes.
  • Plan and execute preventive maintenance, root-cause analysis, and downtime reduction initiatives.
  • Support the installation, commissioning, and qualification of new equipment and line upgrades.
  • Collaborate with maintenance, mechanical, and process teams to maximize Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
  • Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and participate in safety trainings and audits.
  • Update electrical diagrams, schematics, wiring lists, and BOMs for accuracy.
  • Analyze performance data to identify energy efficiency opportunities and reliability improvements.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, electrical maintenance, or industrial automation.
  • Proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens, Rockwell/Allen-Bradley) and automation systems.
  • Experience with motor drives (VFDs), sensors, instrumentation, and control panels.
  • Strong problem-solving, diagnostic, and analytical skills with a hands-on approach.
  • Ability to read electrical diagrams and schematics; knowledge of electrical safety standards.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork; ability to collaborate across functions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
