This full-time role offers a competitive salary of Rp 4.000.000 – Rp 5.000.000 per month, together with a structured training program, mentorship, and clear pathways for professional growth. Responsibility
- Maintain and troubleshoot electrical distribution systems and control panels on production lines.
- Program, commission, and optimize PLC/automation systems to improve manufacturing processes.
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance, root-cause analysis, and downtime reduction initiatives.
- Support the installation, commissioning, and qualification of new equipment and line upgrades.
- Collaborate with maintenance, mechanical, and process teams to maximize Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and participate in safety trainings and audits.
- Update electrical diagrams, schematics, wiring lists, and BOMs for accuracy.
- Analyze performance data to identify energy efficiency opportunities and reliability improvements.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, electrical maintenance, or industrial automation.
- Proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens, Rockwell/Allen-Bradley) and automation systems.
- Experience with motor drives (VFDs), sensors, instrumentation, and control panels.
- Strong problem-solving, diagnostic, and analytical skills with a hands-on approach.
- Ability to read electrical diagrams and schematics; knowledge of electrical safety standards.
- Excellent communication and teamwork; ability to collaborate across functions in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
