The position requires on-site travel across Jakarta and surrounding areas, with occasional nationwide travel as needed. You will manage spare parts inventory, maintain accurate service records in Roche's CRM, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

We seek a proactive, customer-focused engineer who can communicate clearly, handle high-pressure situations, and collaborate with diverse teams to deliver reliable diagnostics that clinicians trust every day.
