Join PT Accesstech Super Jaya as the MEP Site Manager and lead critical MEP installations for a flagship project in West Java. With 8+ years in MEP coordination and on-site leadership, you will oversee engineering, installation, testing, and commissioning across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. This role requires strong leadership, safety compliance, and the ability to collaborate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to deliver on schedule and within budget.
As a hands-on leader, you will manage site teams, review drawings and specifications, coordinate with procurement, align with project milestones, and ensure quality control and documentation. You will report to the Project Director and play a key role in risk management, commissioning, and handover.
You will be responsible for ensuring accurate as-built documentation, maintaining daily progress logs, and coordinating with the client's facilities management team during turnover to ensure a smooth transition to operations.
Responsibility
- Lead and supervise all MEP installation activities across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection on the site.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to review drawings, specifications, and RFI responses.
- Manage on-site MEP teams; allocate resources, monitor productivity, and conduct daily progress reporting.
- Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and site environmental programs; implement risk mitigation.
- Manage procurement interfaces, material receiving, and coordination with suppliers to avoid delays.
- Conduct QA/QC checks, manage non-conformance reports, and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with project managers to forecast milestones, manage budget, and ensure quality documentation.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 8+ years' experience in MEP site management, with at least 3 years in a lead role.
- Proven track record delivering large-scale MEP installations in construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection systems; able to read drawings and specifications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with safety regulations (K3/OSHA equivalents) and QA/QC processes; experience with commissioning.
- Proficient in project management methodologies, scheduling, and budget control; proficiency in BIM coordination is a plus.
- Ability to work in West Java (Cikarang) and travel as required; fluency in English and Indonesian.
