We are seeking an Engineering Support Officer to join our team at Vcustomer Philippines, Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining standards and quality for the delivery of orders in the Fibre Networks department of a leading Australian telecommunications company.
Responsibility
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders within the Fibre Networks department
- Closely monitor and maintain quality standards
- Provide technical support for network installation and maintenance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues
- Generate and analyze reports on network performance
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field
- Experience in a similar technical support role is preferred
- Knowledge of Fibre Networks and telecommunications systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
