Responsibility
- Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to outpatient and clinic patients under supervision and in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Assist physicians and nurse clinicians in examinations and procedures, including wound care and basic interventions.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments as directed, monitor responses, and document accurately.
- Monitor vital signs, perform routine assessments, and escalate concerns promptly.
- Maintain clean, well-organized clinical areas and ensure infection control and safety standards are upheld.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, discharge instructions, and follow-up care.
- Document care promptly in the electronic medical records system and contribute to continuity of care and quality improvement.
Qualification
- Diploma in Nursing or Enrolled Nurse certification with valid practicing license in Singapore.
- Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience in an outpatient or clinic setting is preferred.
- Good knowledge of nursing procedures, medication administration, and basic life support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with diverse teams and patients.
- Patient-centered approach with compassion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records systems and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced outpatient environment and adapt to changing priorities.
