Responsibility

  • Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices to end-users.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the setup, configuration, and deployment of workstations and IT equipment.
  • Perform user account management tasks, including creation, modification, and deletion of IDs and permissions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of support activities, asset inventory, and IT processes.
  • Coordinate with IT teams and escalate complex issues where appropriate.
  • Ensure adherence to company IT security and compliance policies.
  • Provide onsite and remote technical assistance as required.

Qualification

  • Diploma or NITEC in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline preferred
  • No prior experience required – fresh graduates are welcome
