Responsibility
- Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices to end-users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues in a timely manner.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and deployment of workstations and IT equipment.
- Perform user account management tasks, including creation, modification, and deletion of IDs and permissions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of support activities, asset inventory, and IT processes.
- Coordinate with IT teams and escalate complex issues where appropriate.
- Ensure adherence to company IT security and compliance policies.
- Provide onsite and remote technical assistance as required.
Qualification
- Diploma or NITEC in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline preferred
- No prior experience required – fresh graduates are welcome
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Windows OS, Office 365, and networking fundamentals
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills
- Team player with a positive, customer-centric attitude
- Able to work island-wide and occasionally at different company locations
