Pulse Esports Collective is growing a world-class team to shape partnerships in the most exciting segment of modern entertainment: esports. We’re seeking a strategic, data-driven Esports Partnerships Manager to lead brand collaborations, sponsorships, and creator programs that accelerate growth for our roster of teams, events, and content creators in the Los Angeles market.
What you’ll do: build and manage high-impact partnerships, negotiate terms, ensure activation excellence, and deliver measurable ROI for partners and Pulse alike.

Responsibility
- Identify, pitch, and secure strategic sponsorships and partnerships with brands, publishers, teams, and event organizers in the LA esports ecosystem.
- Lead end-to-end activation campaigns, including sponsorship deliverables, content collaborations, and influencer/creator programs.
- Negotiate deal terms, contracts, and rights holders' agreements; ensure compliance and timely execution.
- Build and manage partner success metrics, ROI dashboards, and quarterly performance reports for internal and partner stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing, events, product, and content teams to maximize sponsor value and brand exposure.
- Develop a creator network program, engage streamers, and coordinate ambassador activities.
- Plan and support esports events and activations, including logistics, budgets, and vendor coordination.
Qualification
- 5+ years in esports marketing, partnerships, or sports sponsorships with a proven track record of closed deals and activations.
- Extensive network within brands, agencies, publishers, teams, and events in the esports space.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills with a client-focused mindset.
- Data-driven and proficient with performance analysis, ROI measurement, and reporting tools.
- Experience with contract management, legal basics, and rights clearance.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment; willingness to travel as needed.
- Bonus: background in content production or creator relations.
