Talent Trader Group is looking for an Executive Architect / Senior Architect to drive the sales of water quality analyzers across industrial and utilities sectors. This role blends strong technical expertise with client-facing leadership, offering regional exposure and meaningful career growth.
As a trusted advisor, you will translate complex measurement challenges into compelling, ROI-focused solutions. You will lead product demonstrations, pilots, and proposals, and collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and service teams to tailor offerings to customer needs.
Your impact will be measured by revenue growth, successful deployments, and customer satisfaction across the region. You will build strategic account plans, manage the sales cycle from discovery to contract, and maintain a healthy regional pipeline that supports accurate forecasting and long-term partnerships.
We seek a proactive communicator with a technical foundation in water quality instrumentation who can engage with senior stakeholders, articulate value, and close multi-year deals. This role requires regional travel within Singapore and neighboring markets and offers significant opportunities for advancement within a growing organization.

Responsibility
- Develop strategic account plans and manage regional pipeline for water quality analyzers across industrial and utilities segments.
- Lead technical discovery sessions, translate customer needs into robust solution architectures, and conduct product demonstrations and pilots.
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, and service teams to tailor offerings and deliver compelling proposals with clear ROI.
- Drive the full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract negotiation, securing multi-year commitments.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships; conduct quarterly business reviews and ensure customer success and renewal opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, customer visits, and regional conferences; advocate for customer success and market feedback.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in industrial instrumentation or water quality analytics with a proven track record of closing deals.
- Strong technical knowledge of water quality measurement technologies and instrumentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; ability to influence at the C-suite level.
- Experience in regional or multinational sales with willingness to travel within the region.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and data-driven sales processes; self-motivated and solution-focused.
- Eligibility to work in Singapore (or valid work permit).
