Responsibility
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the kitchen brigade in all culinary operations.

- Oversee inventory management and cost control procedures.
- Implement food safety, sanitation, and workplace health standards rigorously.
- Collaborate with front-of-house and event teams for seamless guest experiences.
- Train and develop culinary staff to ensure continuous improvement.
- Direct menu tastings, special events, and culinary showcases as required.
Qualification
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a high-end restaurant.
- Culinary degree from a recognized hospitality or culinary institute preferred.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Expertise in menu development, food costing, and kitchen efficiency.
- Impeccable knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
