  • Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring consistency, quality, and timely service for high-volume dining.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor kitchen staff; conduct performance reviews and career development planning.
  • Maintain strict food safety, sanitation, and HACCP compliance; monitor temperatures and safety protocols.
  • Manage food cost, portion control, and waste reduction; optimize inventory and vendor relationships.
  • Collaborate with front-of-house teams to ensure guest satisfaction and seamless service.
  • Standardize recipes, plating specifications, and portioning; uphold brand standards and presentation.
  • Lead by example to foster a positive, hospitable kitchen culture and high-performance team dynamics.

Qualification

  • Minimum 7 years of progressive culinary leadership experience in high-volume or fine-dining settings.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional training from an accredited institution.
  • Proven ability to develop menus, manage costs, and drive profitability.
  • Strong knife skills, culinary technique, and attention to plating aesthetics.
