Responsibility
- Lead confidential coaching engagements with executives and high potential professionals, aligning goals to business outcomes.
- Design and deliver personalized coaching plans, assessments, and development roadmaps.
- Facilitate powerful coaching sessions using proven frameworks such as GROW and SMART, ensuring ongoing progress and accountability.
- Monitor client progress with quantitative and qualitative metrics; report outcomes to stakeholders as appropriate.
- Collaborate with marketing, program design, and client success teams to continuously improve offerings.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold ethical coaching standards; model professional integrity at all times.
- Contribute to content development, workshops, and webinars to scale impact and attract new clients.
Qualification
- ICF credential (ACC or PCC) or equivalent certification; minimum 3+ years of coaching experience with adults.
- Proven track record helping leaders achieve measurable performance and growth.
- Excellent active listening, powerful questioning, empathy, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate insights into actionable development plans.
- Comfort delivering coaching in person or virtually and managing a dynamic schedule across time zones.
- Ability to maintain client confidentiality and adhere to professional ethics and data protection standards.
- Experience creating scalable coaching programs, workshops, and digital learning content is a plus.
