PT Alnu Sporting Goods Indonesia is hiring an Exim Staff to support our fast-growing export-import operations in Kendal, Central Java. As an Exim Staff, you will play a key role in processing trade documents, securing customs clearance, and aligning with internal teams and external partners to deliver shipments on time and without errors. We encourage applicants who meet the minimum educational requirement (SMA or equivalent) and have demonstrated experience in export/import operations and customs procedures. Fluency in English is a plus but not required for the right candidate. This position is based in Kendal, Central Java, with standard full-time hours.
Responsibility
- Prepare and review export and import documents (commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, letters of credit, and other regulatory paperwork).
- Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders, carriers, and warehouses to ensure on-time delivery and accurate documentation.
- Handle customs clearance activities, liaise with customs brokers, apply for permits, and resolve clearance issues.
- Monitor shipment status, track orders, and communicate status updates to internal teams and customers.
- Maintain accurate records in the ERP system, including trade data, invoices, and compliance documentation.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, Incoterms, and company policies; manage HS codes and duties estimation.
- Collaborate with sales, logistics, procurement, and finance to optimize the export/import process and cost efficiency.
Qualification
- Min SMA or equivalent diploma; additional training in international trade is a plus.
- Experience with export/import operations and customs clearance is preferred.
- Solid understanding of customs procedures, HS codes, Incoterms, and trade documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic ERP/warehouse systems; ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and communication skills, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Willingness to work in Kendal, Central Java, with some flexible hours as needed for shipments.
