What you'll do
Deliver customer orders on time and in excellent condition, verify delivery details, collect proof of delivery, and ensure customer satisfaction. Perform basic vehicle safety checks, maintain cleanliness, and report any issues. Coordinate with dispatch to optimize routes and communicate with customers about arrival times. Adhere to traffic laws, safety policies, and company procedures. Maintain accurate delivery logs and contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes.

Responsibility
- Deliver goods to customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Plan and optimize delivery routes using GPS and dispatch instructions.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and ensure vehicle cleanliness and safety.
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and obtain customer signatures.
- Communicate delays or issues to dispatch and customers proactively.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the company positively.
- Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure efficient operations.
Qualification
- Minimum high school education; a valid driving license (SIM A) and clean driving record.
- Previous courier, delivery driver, or expeditor experience preferred.
- Strong time management and route planning skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety checks.
- Physical ability to lift light packages and perform long hours of driving when required.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to company processes.
