Job description
Casia Robinson LTD is actively seeking an Experienced Concept Architect to join our design team in Baguio City. You will translate client goals into compelling conceptual designs and spatial planning strategies that balance aesthetics, function, and feasibility. Collaborating with clients, engineers, and fellow designers, you will develop early design concepts that form the foundation of schematic design and documentation. This role emphasizes creative storytelling, visualization, and the ability to turn complex briefs into clear, buildable ideas.
As an Experienced Concept Architect, you will lead concept development, analyze site and program requirements, and propose massing studies, circulation patterns, and space relationships. You will contribute to the creation of diagrams, sketches, and 3D representations that communicate intent to clients and project teams, while ensuring compliance with codes and sustainability goals. You will participate in design reviews, refine ideas through feedback, and collaborate with consultants to integrate structural and MEP considerations early in the process.
Our ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative studio environment, brings a strong portfolio of conceptual design and spatial planning, and embraces iterative design thinking. If you are passionate about shaping meaningful places and have the communication skills to present ideas effectively, we want to hear from you.
