Responsibility
- Conduct engaging and informative guided tours of historical and cultural sites in Rome.
- Provide accurate information about locations, artifacts, and local history in an enthusiastic manner.
- Handle group logistics, ensuring guest safety and satisfaction at all times.
- Adapt tours to guest interests and respond to questions with expertise.
- Resolve guest concerns in a professional and friendly way.
- Keep up-to-date on the latest tourism trends and destination highlights.
- Collaborate with local partners and internal teams.
- Assist in developing new tour routes and experiences.
Qualification
- Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages a plus.
- Demonstrated experience as a tour guide or in hospitality/customer service.
- Strong public speaking and storytelling abilities.
- Passion for history, art, culture, and Roman heritage.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage diverse groups and resolve challenges quickly.
- Valid tour guide certification (or willing to obtain).
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
