As an integral member of our cabin crew, you will be the face of the brand, uphold safety standards, administer first aid when needed, and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to provide seamless service at 30,000 feet. Responsibility

  • Provide exemplary in-flight service to passengers, including meal and beverage service, comfort, and special assistance.
  • Deliver safety demonstrations and ensure compliance with all regulatory and company safety procedures.
  • Respond quickly and professionally to in-flight incidents and medical emergencies using established protocols.
  • Collaborate with the cockpit and ground teams to optimize service delivery and on-time performance.
  • Assist passengers with diverse needs, including mobility aids, language support, and accessibility requirements.
  • Maintain aircraft cleanliness and cabin readiness before, during, and after flights.
  • Document and report incidents, feedback, and service enhancements for continuous improvement.

Qualification

  • Minimum 2 years of in-flight service or hospitality experience; airline cabin crew preferred.
  • Valid work authorization to live and work in Singapore; regulatory age requirements apply.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Certified in basic safety, first aid (or EMT/medical training), and emergency procedures.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, calm under pressure, and a customer-centric mindset.
