Join Private Advertiser as an Export Import Specialist. You will manage a precision inventory system based on Accurate to ensure data accuracy, stock control, and compliance with Indonesia's Customs and Excise agency (DJBC). This role supports seamless international trade operations, accurate documentation, and timely reporting to empower sales, procurement, and warehouse teams.
As a key member of our logistics team, you will optimize inbound and outbound shipments and drive continuous improvements in inventory accuracy and regulatory compliance.
What you will do
- Coordinate end to end export and import activities, ensuring on time delivery and adherence to international trade regulations
- Maintain accurate inventory data in the Accurate ERP system, perform regular stock reconciliation and cycle counts
- Prepare and review export and import documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs declarations
- Collaborate with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to optimize transit times and reduce clearance delays
- Monitor and enforce DJBC customs compliance and regulatory requirements for all shipments
- Generate reports on inventory accuracy, stock levels, and regulatory status for management and audits
- Support process improvement initiatives and cross functional collaboration with procurement, sales, and warehouse teams
Responsibility

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, international business, or a related field
- Proven experience in export and import operations, preferably in manufacturing or logistics sectors
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian DJBC regulations and customs procedures
- Experience with Accurate ERP or similar inventory/ERP systems
- Proficient in MS Excel and data analysis, ability to create and interpret reports
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem solving skills; fluent in Indonesian; good English is a plus
- Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple priorities
