The Mansion Boutique Hotel Clark is seeking an experienced F&B Supervisor to lead our daily food and beverage operations in a luxury boutique setting. Based in Clark Freeport Zone in Pampanga, this role focuses on delivering exceptional guest service, maintaining high standards of quality, and driving a memorable dining experience for every guest. As F&B Supervisor, you will partner with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth service flow, timely orders, accurate billing, and safe, clean, and compliant operations. Key responsibilities include overseeing service delivery across dining outlets during shifts, supervising front-of-house teammates, coaching and developing staff, and upholding beverage program standards. You will monitor inventory, manage costs, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, sanitation, and quality control. You will also execute opening and closing procedures, manage guest inquiries with a professional mindset, and collaborate with kitchen, events, and sales teams to support special occasions and group dining. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication, a polished appearance, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced boutique hotel environment while maintaining guest satisfaction as the top priority.
Responsibility
- Lead daily F&B service operations across dining outlets to ensure exceptional guest experiences
- Supervise and coach service staff, including waiters, bartenders, and food runners
- Monitor beverage program standards, upsell opportunities, and inventory control
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, sanitation, and quality standards
- Collaborate with kitchen, events, and sales teams to deliver seamless service during peak times and special events
- Manage opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS accuracy
Qualification
- Proven experience as F&B supervisor or in a similar role within hospitality, hotel, or restaurant environments
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience)
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to train and motivate a diverse team
- Solid knowledge of food safety, sanitation, beverage service standards, and guest relations
- Experience with inventory management, cost controls, and point-of-sale systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Fluency in English; professional presentation and excellent interpersonal skills
