Job description
We are looking for an experienced Factory Manager to join our team at PT Cotti Coffee Indonesia. The ideal candidate will have prior work experience in a coconut factory and a minimum of 7-10 years of similar or related work experience. This role requires relocating to North Sulawesi.
Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations in the factory
- Manage and supervise factory staff
- Ensure production targets are met
- Maintain quality control and product standards
- Implement and improve operational processes
Qualification
- Prior experience in a coconut factory preferred
- 7-10 years of relevant work experience
- Strong leadership and managerial skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
